Exchanges and Returns:
- An exchange or return will be processed when an item is on-site and inspected in saleable condition. If a returned item has been used or tampered with, no refund will be issued.
- Special orders, items that have been sized or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Returns can only be exchanged or converted to store credit. Store credit expires after one year.
